Jihlava

The Jihlava branch has been serving the Vysočina Region since 2010. It specializes in water management infrastructure, industrial buildings, civic amenities, and reinforced concrete applications. Notable current projects include the construction of new wards at the Pelhřimov Hospital, a new office building for the Jihlava Regional Authority, refrigeration plants in Unčovice, and a reinforced concrete frame for the ORGANICA Ostrava Project.
Karlovy Vary

Division 9 has been operating in the Karlovy Vary Region since 2001. The unit builds and renovates sports facilities, shopping centers, rail structures, and much more. Past projects include reconstruction of the Goethe Lookout and the Emperor's Baths historical monument, enlargement of the Cheb Hospital, and construction of the Hazlov Complex and a residential building in Ostrov.

Pilsen
Metrostav a.s. Division 1 and Division 5; Metrostav DIZ s.r.o.
The Pilsen regional branch was opened in 1994 to execute large residential, civil engineering, and transport infrastructure construction projects. In the region, the branch has completed such ventures as the Viktoria Stadium, Slovany Tramway Depot, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of West Bohemia, and the Green Triangle housing complex.
Ústí nad Labem

The Ústí Region branch was opened in 2008. It specializes in the construction of industrial facilities and water management structures. Projects executed by the branch include a new block of the Počerady Power Station, the Natural Science and Technology Center of the Purkyne University in Ústí nad Labem, the National Olympic Center for Water Sports in Račice, and pontoons on the Most, Milada, and Matylda Lakes.
Pardubice

The Pardubice regional branch was opened in 2004. Its past projects in Pardubice include the reconstruction of the local hockey arena, swimming complex, and aqua park. Currently, the branch is renovating and enlarging the Tesco Shopping Center in Pardubice, reconstructing Winternitz Automatic Mills, and constructing new buildings for the Polytechnic Workshops and the Pardubice City Gallery.
Liberec

The Liberec branch has been serving the region since 2000. The unit builds facilities for industry, transport, and civic amenities, such as schools and health facilities. The branch has over 35 clerical and technical employees who oversee all stages of the construction process. Past projects include a Bosch warehouse, the Lipová Multipurpose House in Liberec, the Emergency Medical Center in Jablonec nad Nisou, and the Česká Lípa Secondary and Vocational School.
Ostrava

The Ostrava unit was established in 2004 to serve the North Moravian and Olomouc Regions. It specializes in structural engineering, both new construction and reconstruction, excavation work, and trenchless sewerage projects. The branch has set up a construction center that builds monolithic concrete structures. Notable past projects include the reconstruction of an indoor swimming pool, reconstruction of buildings in Karviná, revitalization of the Opava West Train Station, reconstruction of the Prasková Elementary School, and construction of the Silver Lake Recreation Resort.
Hradec Králové

The Hradec Králové branch has been serving the region since 2004. The unit specializes in construction and reconstruction of buildings for clients from both the private and public sectors. Its current projects include reconstruction of the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Hradec Králové and the renovation and enlargement of the Krkonoše National Park Visitor Center.

Finland
International
Metrostav a.s. Division 5 has participated in the Länsimetro Project, a subway line connecting Finland's capital with Espoo. During 2011-2013, the Karhusaari tunnels were bored in Section LU6E. During 2016-2018, we bored space for the Espoonlahti Station and tunnels in its vicinity in Section LU24. In addition, Metrostav has taken part in the construction of the Hanhikivi Nuclear Power Plant. Current projects include the construction of the reinforced concrete frame for a Mondi manufacturing facility in Kuopio.
Turkey
International
In Turkey, Metrostav operates through the subsidiary Metrostav Ankara Inşaat, which specializes in such infrastructure ventures as tunnels, including electrical and mechanical fitout, and transport systems. At present, Metrostav is in the final stages of projects consisting of building a Depot for Line M7 of the Istanbul Metro and an underground funicular line connecting the Line M6 Metro terminal with the Bosporus coastal area.
Germany
International
In Germany, Metrostav builds bridges, tunnels, steel structures, and various other types of buildings. Construction projects are executed in cooperation with the subsidiary Bemo Tunnelling GmbH, a long-standing Austrian-German construction company established in 1964. Past ventures include the Volmarstein Bridge, the Gottleubatalbrücke Bridge, steel warehouses, and other ventures.
Iceland
International
Metrostav's activities in Iceland include boring tunnels, including building concrete portals, technical facilities, various other structures, and installing water and frost insulation. Since 2006, we have bored 23.5 km of four road tunnels, which translates into nearly 38% of the total length of Iceland's tunnels.
Sweden
International
Metrostav Norge AS operates on the Swedish market through our foreign division, Metrostav NO Sweden Filial. Currently, Metrostav is boring a tunnel using the drill-and-blast method, including the use of mechanical-breaking and wire-cutting technologies.
Norway
International
Metrostav's operations in Norway are conducted via the subsidiary Metrostav Norge AS, which specializes in building tunnels, bridges, and reinforced concrete structures. Current projects include building a bridge and boring a tunnel using the drill-and-blast technology. Earlier this year, we completed the boring of a biking tunnel in Bergen.
