Characteristics
The subject of the work was the reconstruction of 5 historicalbuildingsinto apartment buildings and a new construction of 7 apartment buildings with a common basement, which houses a parking lot and technical facilities of the entire complex. The new buildings have 3 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor, the reconstructedbuildings have various number of floors, from a ground-floor single-story building to a building with one underground and three above-ground floors. The implementation included roads, utilities and landscaping of areas belonging to the complex.
